Manual Stimulation
(Rubbing the Clitoris, also known as Fingering a Girl)
Manual stimulation
of the clitoris is a vital part of lovemaking. If you don't do it,
chances are you'll have a very disappointed lover, so you want to
make sure you get it right.
If you're unsure
of where the clitoris is, go back to here.
If you're still uncertain, it's a good idea to ask your lover if
you're hitting the right spot. As always, good communication is
the key.
Start very gently
with light strokes, as though you were touching a flower. The clitoris
is a very sensitive organ, so it's best to start carefully. It's
a good idea to occasionally touch the areas around the clitoris,
as these are also sensitive and make for a nice contrast when you
return to the clit.
Make sure your fingers
are smooth and your fingernails aren't jagged - a scratch on the
clit can be excruciating.
After those first
few strokes, ask her if it's OK. If she gives you a green light
you can start to increase the speed, and, if she wants it, the pressure
of your strokes. If she's getting breathless, go faster, but remember
not to go too hard, or you may put her off her orgasm (sometimes
the smallest things can distract).
A good way to practice
clitoral stimulation is to rub the palm of your left hand with your
right index finger. The pressure and speed which is most pleasurable
on your hand is very similar to the needs of a clitoris.
