Cunnilingus
Once you've mastered
manual stimulation it's time to move on to oral sex. There are a
few important things to remember before you embark on this journey.
Firstly, a lot of
women are nervous about the idea of cunnilingus. This may be due
to low self esteem and the fear that she may smell. Society doesn't
do a good job of telling us the vulva is a nice place to be; it's
often looked at as dirty. This nervousness may take away the woman's
ability to orgasm through cunnilingus. So if she doesn't come this
way, it's not necessarily your fault.
You must do your
best to reassure her that you have no problem going down, and that
it will be a pleasurable experience for you. Indeed, if you haven't
done it before, you should also reassure yourself. Do not be afraid
of the taste. Remember that you will be concentrating on pleasuring
your lover.
To give cunnilingus,
position yourself between her legs, spread her lips open if they
are in the way, and have a good look. This can be especially arousing
for some women. Then begin to gently lick the clitoris, and the
folds around it. Again, don't go too fast to begin with, just keep
your licking at a steady pace.
Be warned, it may
take a while.
A well known technique
is to write the letters of the alphabet on her clitoris with your
tongue. This will stimulate all the necessary areas, and she'll
be moaning by the time you reach Q.
Another option during
cunnilingus is to insert your finger into her vagina. You can either
insert it a little way and rub the area around the entrance, or
you can push your finger all the way in, palm upwards, and stroke
in a "come here" motion. This will stimulate the G Spot,
and help to create a stronger reaction in your partner.
